May we ask your location (Closest Airport - ICAO)?

May we ask what you primarily use your flight simulator for?

How many hours per week of flying do you typically log in X-Plane?

Is X-Plane your primary flight simulation software?

What is your favourite type of simulated flying?

What is your favourite X-Plane aircraft model?

B350 B1900 PC12 C208B C337 and more

Would you share a bit about yourself as it relates to flight simulation please?

Howdy ...

I am a SimPilot for many years.

I started with my first FlightSimulator on Commodore 64 (the sky was blue, the grass was green and the rest were white lines on the ground ; just one Cessna to fly )

With FS9 I started a more "serious" way of flying with a simulator.

FSX was the decision point to change the simulator because of bad peformance.

X-plane v9.7 is my favourite FlightSimulator.

I try to fly "as real as possible" - starting with the flight planning.

I don't like Airliners !

I like to fly by hand (AP OFF).

- training procedures under various weather conditions is a standard for me .

-> well, of course I have to respect the simulation limits of x-plane ,FSX or FS9

I really enjoy customized scenery ( inspired by ORBX sceneries ).

-Airports, Forests, phototerrain countryside

AT least : 30 FPS for the simulation ( means good performance for the flight model simulation)

Favourite x-plane aircrafts:

B350  B1900  PC12  C208B  C337  B58

After watching "Flying Wild Alaska" I started to customize some of the airports for myself !

For the future I will customize more sceneries for that area ...

If you could have one special feature in X-Plane, what would it be?

1. realistic GPS

2. better simulation of runway surface and cornering effect of wheels

3. better simulation of wind/weather-  and icing effects on the plane

4. better simulation of engine parameters (engine overheating on the ground for example)

5. new cockpit gauges

May we ask what your primary OS platform is for X-Plane simulation?
