Rough Wx Landing at PABE Add Video

Had a case of Get-home-itis and at the limit of what the Baron could handle (not to mention me).

Yup, Chase View Deluxe from STMA is the cure for that for sure. I had a plugin running called Pilotview by Sandy Barbour, which makes the cockpit view fling around in a heavy turbulence, so a barf bag is still a handy thing to keep around :D

Great landing BC. It's good you did that in XP9 which correctly from external view is earth centric and the aircraft moves in respect to a stationary earth as you would see it from another plane or from earth while XP10 does it incorrectly and is plane centric where as seen externally the plane is stationary and the earth moves as the relative motion. Make you air sick for sure seeing the earth bounce around like that from external view, I hope XP10 corrects that some day but seems unlikely since Austin said on the Org he likes it that way and has no intention to change it. (However, a plugin called 'ChaseView' corrects it in XP10).

Oh yeah, I had constant icing, but the Baron handles that well. The real PITA was swerving to avoid the danged deer :D

What, no snow/icing, daylight and a little wind, at least you could see the runway. Try that at night and make a video, only you wouldn't see anything cause it's dark HA HA. Good job getting her down and stopped, no worries!
